Sr. Executive- Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring smooth transition from concept design to production stages.
2. Expertise in modeling and detailing of products using Creo software.
3. Conduct DFMEA, design reviews, APQP, and PPAP for new products/variants and provide technical guidance to the team.
4. Perform Competitive Benchmarking, Reverse Engineering, and Reengineering to develop innovative new products.
5. Possess in-depth knowledge of motor design for mechanical components, with expertise in material properties, die-casting, sheet metal, and plastics components.
6. Ensure detailed and precise mechanical drawings and specifications using CAD software.
7. Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to ensure product design accuracy and efficiency.
8. Utilize knowledge of ANSYS (preferable) for advanced simulations and analyses to support design validation.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables and timelines.

Preferred candidate profile : Must be From Motor industry Only Like BLDC/DC or have Depth Knowleage of Motors.
