Executive - Accounts

Role & responsibilities :

• Knowledge in ERP software SAP, Oracle, orion
• Post and process all entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Track and monitor accounts receivable & monthly reconciliation
• Track and monitor accounts payable & monthly reconciliation
• Perform monthly Cash & Bank reconciliations
• Update financial data in a timely manner
• complete general ledger operations
• monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• draw up monthly financial reports
• prepare analysis of accounts as requested
• assist with year end closings & providing necessary documents / workings to the auditor’s.
• assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
• assist with payroll administration
• review and process expense reports
• assist with preparation and coordination of the Audit process
• Preparing Cash payment vouchers / Bank Entries
• Assist in Physical cash management
• Inventory control & preparation of monthly inventory report
