Senior Associate -Internal Audit & Risk

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Develop audit plans, programs, and procedures to achieve audit objectives.
  
• Execute audits by gathering evidence, analyzing data, and evaluating internal controls.
  
• Identify control gaps and provide recommendations for remediation to management.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Internal Auditing or related field (CA qualification preferred).

• Qualification - Min CA/ CA Inter/ CMA
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to evaluate complex financial transactions.
  
• Effective communication skills with ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
