Senior Billing Associate

Role & responsibilities

● Effectively manage all Invoice & Revenue related work to support smooth collection process

● Prepare, validate, and dispatch Invoices

● Maintain various trackers related to billing process

● Resolution of internal/external query related to invoicing

● Generate various report related to Revenue & Invoice

● Reconciliation of revenue

● Prepare debit/credit notes at defined frequencies

● Interact with client to resolve any issue/query related to invoicing

Preferred candidate profile

● Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in managing the accounts receivable or accounts payable, TDS, GST, and other P&L transaction

● Graduation or Post-Graduation (Preferred)

● B. Com or M. Com

● Detail Orientation

● Proficient in MS Excel

● Quick learner

● Able to handle the work pressure
