Key Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key clients, including interior architects, designers, and real estate promoters. This role focuses on establishing and expanding a strong B2B sales channel to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our premium plywood products.

Role & responsibilities

• Relationship Management:
• Identify, target, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at interior design firms, architectural practices, and real estate development companies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase our product range and value proposition.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the target market.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients.
• Work with the marketing team to provide feedback regarding market trends, and product development opportunities.
• Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the building materials or interior design industry.
• Strong network of contacts within the architectural, design, and real estate sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
