Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand- off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes , user flows , process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Establish and promote design guidelines , best practices.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, to articulate complex or technical issues.

Key Skills

• Essential for structuring web content.
• Styling content to control layout, colors, fonts, and spacing. Skills with responsive design tools (media queries) and layouts (Flexbox, Grid) are key.
• Understanding of JavaScript to add interactivity on the website.
• Familiarity with JavaScript libraries like jQuery can be beneficial but is often optional for designers.
• Ability to create websites that automatically adjust and optimize for various screen sizes, from desktop to mobile.
• Understanding of Media Queries in CSS and frameworks like Bootstrap to ensure mobile-friendly designs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• NOTE- The drive timings are from 10 am to 12 pm, anybody coming after 12 pm will not be allowed to attend the interview. Also do not carry your personal laptop .
