Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Conducting Patent searches, identifying relevant patents and their analysis
- Preparation of IP landscape reports for API process
- Analysis of API process / polymorph and provide FTO reports.
- Monitoring third party patent applications
- Preparation of detailed Non infringement or patent invalidation reports
- Provide support to ANDA litigation related activities.
- Providing IP support for new product opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
A postgraduate in Chemistry with 2-6 years of proven experience in IPR/M
