Executive-Liquid Manufacturing

Role & responsibilities

1. Execute the production planning in Liquid
manufacturing block and ensure the production plan
achievement as per plan.
2. Responsible to ensure the entry and exit, gowning and
personnel hygiene procedures are followed in liquid manufacturing block.

3. Execution of batch process as per Batch processing record/Batch packing record and to ensure the online documentation of Batch processing record/ Batch packing
record and other related documents as per Standard operating procedure.

4. Execution of equipment operation, cleaning activities &
documentation in liquid manufacturing block as
per current good manufacturing practices
5. Execution of indenting, receipt, usage, retrieval, and
inventory of spare parts of the equipments /instruments.
6. Monitoring of calibration, Verification of various
instruments/equipment's and environmental conditions in Liquid manufacturing block.
7. Line clearance activities and status updating of the nasal
and liquid manufacturing block.
8. Active participation in equipment and process validations
of respective areas and Monitoring of production yield as
per standard Document
