Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll processes for employees.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/MHRM in Human Resources.
- 3-6 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably from Manufacuring Industry).
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good at Excel, Data & Analytics.
