Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telephone Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Intellysis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the BPO sector, specifically in sales, and be willing to work during night shifts to cater to our US clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales within a BPO environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a night shift schedule to align with US business hours.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
