Scientist- Antibody Engineering - Downstream Protein purification

Desired Profile:

• M.Sc./MTech with 8- 14 yrs. experience (OR) Ph.D. in Life Sciences/Biotechnology with 1-6 yrs. relevant experience
• Should have experience in Protein/Antibody Purification techniques (Affinity, Ion Exchange, HIC, SEC, TFF, Bioanalytical methods in HPLC, understanding of formulation of antibody.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Purification of novel mAbs,Bi-/tri-specific antibodies.
• Should have experience in detail physical/chemical characterization.
• Should have experience in developing and executing bio-analytical characterization methods (SEC-HPLC, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, Protein Quantification, HIC, SEC, Glycan, RP etc).
• Strong HPLC experience - able to program, operate and trouble shoot purification experiments using AKTA platforms.
• Should have experience in intact mass and glycan profiling, formulations of novel antibodies.
• Should design and execute experiments to optimize and enhance antibody production using mammalian expression platforms
• Should be able to conceptualize and design experiments, develop assays, optimize protocols and interpret experimental results.
• Should generate good quality data consistently and promptly update it in LNB and database.
