Sr Production Engineer

Job Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and cost-effectively. This role involves managing production teams, optimizing processes, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring high-quality outputs. The Production Manager ensures the alignment of production activities with the companys overall goals, maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of goods.
• Manage, motivate, and lead the production team, ensuring effective performance and development.
• Plan, organize, and optimize production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure maximum productivity and quality.
• Ensure all products are manufactured according to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with the engineering and quality teams to resolve any technical or quality-related issues in production.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce production costs, improve efficiency, and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits of products to ensure that they meet the companys standards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and timely distribution of finished products.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving for production issues and process inefficiencies.
• Train and develop production staff to enhance skills and productivity.
• Ensure that equipment is well-maintained and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that may arise.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
