JOB SUMMARY:

We seek a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance our BFSI brand presence. The role involves designing impactful creatives, crafting engaging campaigns, managing brand image, and driving audience engagement across platforms. Expertise in financial services marketing, branding, and performance-driven strategies is essential.

The primary responsibilities of Social Media Manager will be to:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.

- Conceptualize and design engaging social media posts, creatives, and campaigns.

- Manage branding and image-building initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

- Create and curate content tailored for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

- Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.

- Optimize engagement through innovative campaigns and performance tracking.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns for lead generation.

- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly.

- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

- Stay updated on BFSI industry trends and regulatory guidelines for social media marketing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in BFSI.

- Strong graphic designing skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent).

- Proven experience in running successful paid social media campaigns.

- Excellent understanding of branding, storytelling, and engagement strategies.

- Analytical mindset with expertise in social media analytics tools.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
