CHIEF MANAGER - IT BUSINESS PARTNER

Hiring, Chief Manager - IT Business Partner with following skills and expertise.

JOB OVERVIEW :

The IT Business partner acts as the liaison between business users, Software support vendors, internal IT support team and Corporate IT to implement new applications as well as manage existing applications to support business growth. The ideal candidate will be a leader and advisor to the business users to proactively assist in partnering with business to understand the requirements and lead the implementation of the solution as per business requirements. The role is also responsible for managing IT internal and external resources, but also performs hands on activities for critical IT Digital Transformation initiatives .

QUALIFICATION :

BS degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience. MBA is preferred.

EXPERIENCE :

*12-15 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management, IT Support Delivery, Business applications

* Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device required, particularly in a manufacturing organization

* Strong knowledge of SAP systems for a manufacturing organization, preferably with ECC 6.0 and HANA

* Experience working in Supply Chain and Order to Cash transformations and implementations highly preferred

* Experience with Data Enterprise and Reporting Solutions a plus

* Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device required, particularly in a manufacturing organization

* Strong understanding of computer system validation lifecycle and working with GxP systems including validation process right from URS, IQ, OQ, PQ Phases

* Strong Project Management experience, PMP or other advanced certification preferred

* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Timesheet Systems) and office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

* Proven experience in managing teams, with excellent team-working skills (especially in a culturally diverse environment) and a willingness to get alongside issues, provide clear direction and drive results.

* Experience in working with stakeholders in global geographies

* Ability to develop and create compelling business cases to promote new technologies and outcomes to the business

Key Role and Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of large business-impacting projects for new and existing IT systems. This includes systems such as SAP, Supply Chain, Sales Systems and other systems to allow the business to continue to grow as well as run more efficiently. This includes:

Implements IT solutions/systems at site level by working with business users and Core IT team to develop strategies to support business growth

Lead Multiple large system implementations

Manage existing SAP/Planning/Forecasting/Sales Order Management Systems with help of internal/External resources.

Lead and coordinate with the Analytics/BI team to ensure delivery of Reporting/Dashboard solutions to business

Manage and oversee PV, Regulatory, Quality application team

Manage and Oversee resources to manage 2 Manufacturing locations and a site office in India

Oversee all application initiatives at manufacturing plants in India through direct reports

Manage implementation of enhancements as well as ensuring top notch support of existing systems

Develops assessment of project scope and budget for approval, development of project charter, collection of requirements, evaluation of IT options and selection of vendor

Development of RFPs, statements of work, and manages vendors to cost and solution obligations

Managing local and site IT resources that will ensure testing and defect resolution, training, go live transition support, and post go live monitoring

Ensures coordination with IT infrastructure teams to ensure that the overall IT Infrastructure setup is in place for the Project and systems which are being rolled out

Coordinates with Information Security teams to ensure systems are within company standards Works closely with Business Project Manager and ensure there are Governance Reviews with IT Core Committee, Steering Committee review

Ensure regular governance calls are held with business teams at sites and internal/external IT teams

Partners with both business stakeholders and IT professionals onsite and offsite in a cross culture environment across the globe

Initiating Change Control and approvals, GXP Assessments, managing the overall IT System Validation

Coordinates for Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders for IT related costs

Act as an interface between Corporate IT Resources, IT Implementation partner, IT Security and IT infrastructure teams

Suggests possible IT Integration between different systems

Establishes, maintains and nurtures the business customer relationship

Mentor and Coach team to take them to the next level

Ensures transition of knowledge to Support team once Project is completed

Provide timely updates to Business teams and Reporting manager

Collaborate with peers and team on a regular basis

Develop key metrics to report project status

Prepare budget, Manage and control budget, present Budget vs Actuals and variance on regular basis.
