Job Description
- Work with an existing demand planning and forecasting model to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and external factors to improve prediction models.
- Optimize and scale machine learning algorithms for demand forecasting .
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and supply chain teams to understand forecasting needs.
- Maintain, update, and retrain models to adapt to evolving business needs and external factors.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across different data sources.
- Develop automated pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and model deployment using AWS SageMaker .
- Use AWS SageMaker for model training, tuning, and deployment to optimize performance at scale.
- Implement time series analysis, regression models, and deep learning techniques to refine predictions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning .
- Experience with time series forecasting models (ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, etc.).
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch , XGBoost ).
- Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker for training, tuning, and deploying ML models .
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for data extraction and manipulation .
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
