Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Design and customize ServiceMax solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Work with architects and developers to provide business and design inputs.
- Manage and support Salesforce managed packages and integrations .
- Generate and optimize dashboards and reports .
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce and ServiceMax implementations .
- Assist with Salesforce production issues and troubleshooting in collaboration with business and development teams.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations.
- Expertise in Sales, Service, and Commerce Cloud .
- Experience with ServiceMax and its customization.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development .
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
