Were looking to hire a Business Analyst to work on cross-functional tasks and support the Strategy & Operations team. This role will involve swift execution using a data-driven approach. This role also offers significant growth potential with the opportunity to eventually transition into the Founders Office, contributing to strategic decision-making. Responsibilities :
Validate and document cross-functional business and operational requirements and suggest actionable insights
Support the design and implementation of new operational strategies, systems, and tools
Monitor and report on operational metrics and suggest iterations for existing reporting mechanisms
Collaborate with different teams to address problems and bring operational efficiency
Work on ad-hoc projects to gather and provide relevant data for decision making
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or related areas
1-2 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role (Big4 experience preferred)
Analytical, data-driven thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal)
