Risk Analyst

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• Responsible for implementation of Credit Risk policy and portfolio monitoring for Micro Finance loans. Reviewing and Periodic updating policies related to Micro Finance Loans and Rural Banking products.
• Performing analysis on various key portfolio trends such as growth, delinquencies, concentration and suggesting suitable remedies.
• Preparation of management notes containing in-depth analysis on portfolio quality.
• Developing and managing predictive models w.r.t. to portfolio quality and expected losses.
• Liaising with Business teams to gather information and formulate risk strategies.

Education & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA in the field of Finance and Banking or CA with banking experience.
• Candidate with 3-5 years of experience in Micro Finance Loans.
• Candidate must have in depth knowledge of Micro Finance loans and other Rural banking products.

Technical competencies & skills

• Candidate must be proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Knowledge in ETL tools such as R-studio and Python is an added advantage.
