Trainer

JD:

• Consult with internal stakeholders and understand the training needs.
• Facilitate training programs, conduct assessments, tailored to business needs, through Classroom, Instructor-led, OJT and Online training means.
• Plan, Organize and Conduct - Induction, Product, Process, Policy, Regulatory related - training programs
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and conduct new or refresher training programs to up-skill, cross-skill participants
• Enhance productivity of participants through various training interventions.
• Visit branches, observe the performance of branch staff and provide feedback
• Participate, support and contribute for various training interventions.
• Prepare and publish Training calendar and adhere to it.
• Play the role of SME and provide the required support and assistance to Field Trainers, learners and local administrators.
• Maintain records, prepare and submit weekly, monthly training reports. Generate reports independently and provide insights.
• Support in achieving Targeted Training numbers and in Training-allied activities

Skill set:

• At least 3-5 years experience in Assets/ Mortgage business
• Experience in MS Office
• Should have good communication and facilitation skills
• Should have good selling skills
