Timings:

0900 am to 0600 pm, 6 days a week. However, timings may change as per project requirements.

Experience Required

Minimum 6 years on-site experience in building construction

Job Responsibilities

• Project Planning of residential / commercial civil construction projects: Scheduling, Material forecast, Client and subcontractor co-ordination, Approving subcontractor bills
• Daily Work allocation: Execution of daily tasks by allocation of responsibilities among team and sub-contractor staff.
• Supervision: to ensure top quality material procurement, usage, wastage and quality execution including necessary tests.
• Reporting / Documentation: Prepare and maintain monthly consumption reports, daily progress report, and reporting of anomalies, ensuring all documentation is performed as per company & client requirements
• Billing: Take / Oversee recording (joint measurements) of work done, extra items, prepare / certify running bills, certify sub-contractor bills as per bill cycle without any delay.

Skills Required:

Competent in softwares such as Auto CAD, MS Excel, etc

Project management skills

Ability to handle teams and clients
