Finance Controller

Role & responsibilities

- Lead financial team to carry out daily / weekly / monthly reporting management, manage financial reporting procedures

- Ensure Month end closing is done as per process

- Handling Internal Audit (Third Party) quires and ensure timely action and closer of audit observations

- Review of Books of accounts and ensure corrective entries are passed in ledgers

- Review and scrutinize AP Vouchers, bills & Expense Reports, controlling General Ledger, Cash & Bank.

- Coordinating with vendors on payments, attending & resolving vendors queries, and monitoring expenses

- Handling all Taxation matters (Direct and Indirect Tax) and ensure tax returns and deposits are closed before time

- Ensure timely compliance for GST & TDS obligations

- Responsible for coaching, developing, monitoring and motivating the finance team.

- Review of SAP Process and coordination of corrections in system
