Qualification: CA Qualified

Experience: 4 to 5 Years

Position: HOD of Finance Department

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals ensuring optimal performance and development.

• Lead a dynamic and diverse finance team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous professional development, skill-building, and cross-functional teamwork to enhance team performance and morale

• Oversee the preparation, maintenance, and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and legal regulations.

• Manage all aspects of accounting, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end/year-end closings.

• Coordinate and supervise audits, ensuring the companys financial records are in compliance with auditing standards.

• Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to the Owner for better financial planning and performance.

• Oversee SAP-based financial systems, ensuring accurate financial data entry, reporting, and systems management.

• Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with the company's internal controls and accounting procedures.

• Ability to handle complex financial operations, including cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Generate regular reports and analyses of financial performance, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and other key metrics for business growth.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in finance-related processes, leveraging technology (like SAP) to increase efficiency.
