Embeded -Design Engineer

- Should involve in all the phases of Hardware Development Life Cycle,
o Requirement analysis,
o component selection and Life cycle analysis for obsolescence analysis
o Schematic Design,
o Prototype development,
o Procuring the components,
o coordinating with other engineers for integration of design (CAD/FPGA),
o Validating functional test results of Design,
o communicate with vendors,
- Perform required functions to support the project design effort through the fabrication,
assembly and board bring up, testing, Excellent analytical and time management skills.
- Experience in schematic capture tools (like cadence, Altium, ORCAD) and Simulation
tools like (LT Spice, Tina, Filter CAD, Hyperlynx) for Design analysis.
- Exposure in Hyperlynx Simulation for signal integrity.
- Experience in high-speed signal processing design PCIe, SATA, USB, Ethernet over the
VPX Standard Boards and backplanes.
- Experience in Micro-controllers and Processors like NXP, TI, Atmel, STM, Freescale, NXP
etc.
- Experience in debugging the communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet, USB
and memory interface like eMMC Flash, NAND/NOR, DDR3L
- Experience in DFMEA and EMC compliance
- Lab instruments like Multi- meters, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Logic analyzer etc
- Design experience with mixed signals like product with both AC and DC.
What we are looking for:
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in Hardware Design Engineering.
3. Expertise in Embedded Hardware Design & Development and Digital Design.
4. Proficient in Schematic and PCB Layout design.
5. Good understanding of Micro-controllers and Processors design.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
