We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Management Intern who is passionate about the travel industry and eager to contribute to managing and growing our relationships with travel agents, helping drive Atlys success through innovative solutions and seamless operations.
The Job
Assist in managing commercial relationships with travel agents, supporting their engagement with Atlys.
Help identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks and problem resolution.
Conduct customer health checks and ensure a smooth experience with Atlys products.
Assist in building scalable processes that contribute to Atlys success.
Support the team with product demos and troubleshooting agent queries.
Maintain and analyze performance data of agents, providing key insights.
Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to foster innovation and continuous improveme
The ideal candidate
Recent graduate or current student with a passion for the travel industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn and able to demonstrate high emotional intelligence.
Proactive, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of CRMs and Google Sheets is a plus.
Ability to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
