Production Manager - Cut - Pack

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities according to orders wise, ensuring timely delivery of products.

• Oversee production processes to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

• Coordinate with the design team to develop new product designs and samples.
  
• Oversee cutting, packing, and dispatch processes to maintain quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (cutting, sewing, packing, and trim stores) to ensure smooth made-up processing.
  
• Monitor WIP levels and manage accountability effectively to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while meeting customer expectations.

• Home textile products knowledge is needed.

• Monitor fabric consumption, wastage, and rejects to optimize resource utilization.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits.

• Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to improve profitability.
