Major Responsibilities:

- Financial reporting: Create and review financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements

- Data analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data on revenue, expenses, cash flow, and balance sheets

- Budgeting: Ensure managers stay within their department's budget and track expenses

- Planning and forecasting: Lead planning and forecasting activities

- Team management: Hire, onboard, and train finance team members

- Payment processing: Review and process payments

- Cost cutting: Look for ways to cut costs

- Record keeping: Maintain filing and record-keeping systems

- Compliance: Adhere to regulations, guidelines, and laws
