MDMS Technical Consultant and Functional Consultant

EnergyIP MDMS Consultant : 2 Nos (Meter Data Management)

( JD is same for MDMS Technical Consultant and Functional Consultant )

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Technology from an accredited school or university is required
• A minimum of 7 years of software delivery experience is required. Utility industry background is required
• 6+ years working on projects involving integration between systems, writing SQL queries or similar, performing data mapping and data transformation.
• Experience with implementing EnergyIP MDMS is mandatory
• Experience with scripting language such as SQL, Python, Ruby, JavaScript
• Experience with Database design, SQL, JDBC, JPA, etc.
• Experience with Webservices, XML, SOAP, RESTful. Etc
• Experience with BIRT is required and other Business Intelligence Reporting such as PowerBI, Tableau and Cognos is helpful.
• Experience working with real-time systems and data connectivity is preferred.
• Optimize and improve existing business processes and solutions.
• Support and troubleshoot AMI application issues and integrations.
• Prepare and review business requirements, solution design documents, and test plans.
• Conduct UAT, user training, and demo preparations.
• Proficient in MDMS Integration with SAP / HES and Other Legacy Systems
• Proficient in preparing the Design Document, Testing / UAT Document, Integration Design Document and other project documents.
• Data Collection & Data Delivery
• Configuration Tool experience
• Reporting and billing process and functionality
• Understanding of the data model
• Validate errors and verify/edit service requests, preparing the Rule sheet.
• Editing meter data and configuration of estimation process.
• Analyse and resolved billing exceptions
• Integration of pre-paid system and configurations

Eligibility:

• Bachelors degree in electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in Energy IP MDMS System.
