Design and develop high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) using Altium Designer software.
Work closely with hardware engineers to understand design requirements and constraints.
Create schematic diagrams, component footprints, and PCB layouts based on engineering specifications.
Perform design reviews and collaborate members with cross-functional teams (including both hardware and software engineers) to ensure design integrity and manufacturability.
Optimize PCB designs for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Generate manufacturing files, including Gerber files, assembly drawings, and bill of materials (BOM).
Conduct thorough design verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in PCB design and layout.
Version Control for various designs.
Requirements
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware Designer proficient in basic Electronics and Altium Designer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. The selected candidate will be an integral part of the entire process from the initial idea to the finished product. This position requires some good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in schematic capture, PCB layout, and design rule checking (DRC) using Altium Designer.
Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM) principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with high-speed digital, analog, and mixed-signal PCB designs is a plus
Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC, UL, and CE compliance is preferred.
