Key skills for the job
Job Description
We are looking for fresh graduates who have good communication skills and strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Shift Timing:
- Initial Shift Time: 11-8 pm
- Later on: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (Rotational Weekoffs)
- Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network issues.
- Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours.
- Be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
- Basic application support knowledge.
- Individual must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required (open work on 24/7 support, rotational shifts)
- IT Support, non-voice process.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Should understand basic IT related technical terms like MS Exchange, Active directory, office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, active directory, Microsoft exchange, cloud, windows server, DHCP, DNS etc.
- Prior Experience in infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.
Any Azure (AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-104) Or Microsoft 365 ( MS-500, MS-900, M365, O365 ), Any Cloud, Windows Server Administration,
Education Candidates with 75% and above in 10th, 12th and Degree (Mandatory).

- B. Sc. / M. Sc. (IT)
- Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Telecom Engineering
