PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement a comprehensive writing team focused on our Private Markets products
Write, edit and create content for RFPs, DDQs and other proposal documents to respond to client inquiries
Oversee the production of client reporting, consultant databases, and repeatable marketing materials for Private Markets products
Ensure that all deliverables are accurate, timely, and consistent with the firms brand and messaging
Work closely with the sales and investment teams to support their efforts to win and retain business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal constituents especially the product teams
Manage and develop a team of 2, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their professional growth and success
Qualifications & Experience
At least 10+ years of experience in product development and/or writing
Experience with handling RFP/DDQs, client reporting, and consultant databases
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables
Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred
