Key skills for the job
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial reporting and control systems to facilitate strong finance business partnering in accordance with the company's guidelines and financial policy.
- Analyze company's financial results on a monthly basis with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to executive leadership.
- To partner with various internal stakeholders to consistently deliver and improve the financial shape of the business and ensure results in line with operating plan expectations for growth, earnings and cash.
- Work with other business functions to support in the analysis investment initiatives, cost optimization and efficiency initiatives etc.
- Plan and submit detailed and rigorous Plan on an annual basis by collating and analyzing inputs from all the functions. Ensuring business plan preparation is in line with the financial targets / guidelines received from the regional or local senior management.
- Preparation and analysis of financials between plan & actuals by demonstrating outstanding financial analysis, communication, interpretation, and scenario planning skills resulting in improved business results.
Must Have:
- Qualification: - CA (Chartered Accountant).
- Years of Experience: - Minimum 5-6 years in business finance, controlling, audit.
- Candidates having Construction/Real Estate will be an added advantage.
- Master's degree in finance area would be an add-on.
- Well versed with advanced excel and macros is a must.
- Experience in digital transformation/ automation will be an added advantage, not a prerequisite.
