Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards at our power and steel plant.
Environmental Compliances Environmental statement, Environmental Clearance half yearly compliance report, Hazardous Waste annual reports / Return (Form-4), E- Waste return, Environment Statement (Form-5), Form-10 submission etc.
Conduct regular stack monitoring, air monitoring, noise monitoring, soil sampling, and water analysis to maintain a clean environment.
Develop and implement effective waste management strategies to minimize pollution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in environmental performance.
Provide technical support to resolve any environmental-related issues or incidents.

A Lady called Kalpana Bathula Rao, Previously worked in Aloke Industry. She is the worst person I have met in my entire life. If she join any other Corporate willl ruin everything. She is the monster, she don't have any knowledge on HR, always shouts at people and is utter non-sense person.
