• Order Processing

Accurately process and input sales orders into the system, ensuring all details align with customer purchase orders (POs).

Create sales orders, Proforma Invoices (PI), and order intimation forms based on customer POs.

• Documentation Management

Prepare and maintain essential sales-related documents, including sales orders, customer POs, contracts, and shipping documents.

Ensure documentation is updated and complies with company policies.

• Data Entry and Maintenance

Regularly update customer information in CRM/ERP systems to keep records accurate and current.

Maintain data integrity for sales orders and inventory tracking.

• Communication and Coordination

Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers to address inquiries and provide relevant information.

Communicate sales order confirmations, Proforma Invoices (PIs), and order intimations to customers and internal production teams.

• Sales Support

Provide administrative assistance to the sales team by preparing reports and facilitating smooth sales operations.

Assist in email correspondence related to sales orders, PIs, and production coordination.

• Inventory Management

Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for customer orders.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to address inventory needs.

• Customer Relationship Management

Foster positive relationships with customers by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Manage Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) queries on a priority basis for efficient resolution.

• Reporting and Analysis

Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, track performance, and highlight areas for improvement.

Provide actionable insights to the sales team and management.
