Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Attending to the customer at the site, explaining about the project.
2. Following up with leads (given to them from the presales team) for the site visits.
3. Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
5. Assisting management in marketing activities for lead generation.
6. Regularly updating and enhancing sales team skills and market knowledge by doing regular market research.
7. Coordinating with customer and post-sales team.
8. Conversion of leads to prospects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven track record of successful sales
• Working experience of at least 5 years as a Real Estate Salesperson.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
