Project Manager IT

Pillaicenter seeking an accomplished Project Manager with a background in IT projects andcampaign management. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple concurrent projects,collaborate with teams, and ensure project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables aremet. This role involves driving successful project execution, implementing communicationstrategies, and aligning projects with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:

• Lead multiple IT projects and campaigns, ensuring timely completion, and

achievement of SLAs.

• Develop solutions to address process or platform gaps, driving efficiency and

project success.

• Strategize, plan, and align projects with organizational objectives, ensuring

goal fulfilment.

• Oversee project planning, including documentation (BRD, SOP), tracking

progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines.

• Manage and resolve project risks and issues to maintain smooth project flow.

2. Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Lead daily scrum meetings to track tasks, resolve issues, and ensure project

alignment.

• Provide direction to coordinators and team members, facilitating task

assignments and updates.

• Build and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams to

achieve project milestones.

• Ensure clear communication and prompt follow-ups to keep projects on

track.
3. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as BRDs, project

roadmaps, timelines, and status reports.

• Track and report on project performance using PMO metrics, providing

insights to stakeholders.

• Develop project management calendars and schedules to support goal

setting and deadline management.

• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and achievements

through presentations and reports.
4.Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with upper management and key stakeholders to align project

objectives and expectations.

• Implement communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed about

project developments and outcomes.

• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support

successful project execution.
5. Selection Criteria:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills with the ability

to multitask effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in leading project management functions,

especially in a high-volume environment.

• Proven ability to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and motivate teams.
• Competence in budget, schedule, and timeline management, with a focus on

delivering results.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
• Proficiency in conducting meetings, preparing documentation, and

presenting project updates.
Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT projects and

campaign management.

• Experience with project documentation (BRD, SOPs) and familiarity with project

management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Monday.com, Active Campaign, etc…).

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience in managing app development projects, primarily (Android/iOS) and

WordPress.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma, PMP, or PRINCE2.

Preferred a candidate who can join immediately or short notice no more than 10 days.
