Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:-


  • Assist the ABDM in their efforts for New Business development for the assigned region/territory.
  • Responsible for lead generation, Customer prospecting, tracking competitor activities, assisting

product trials, gathering market intelligence in the assigned territory.

  • Generate Secondary orders through connect with customers, actual users, channel partners in the

assigned territory.

  • Act as a communication channel between customers & ABDMs during the process of Order

generation, order execution, material supply, statutory forms collection, payment collection etc.

  • Connect with existing/newly converted users for their day to day sales related support.
  • Assist ABDM in the execution of BTL promotion activities and Marketing Initiatives to create Brand,

Product & application awareness.

  • Act as a communication channel between customer, distributors & Internal stakeholders for during

business development cycle & after sales support.


Assisting BD team

  • Lead Generation: Prospecting & hunting for new leads from the existing territory, maintain database, lead/prospect funnel management.
  • Support BD Efforts: Competitor Sample collection, Sample trial follow-up, keeping eye on competitor action

Secondary Orders/Sales generation

  • Order Generation: Generating secondary orders from Actual users, Customers, Traders, maintaining order pipeline
  • Secondary Sales: Converting order pipeline into sales through secondary efforts like order execution follow-up, supply position follow-up, OD & payment collection follow-up etc.

Relationship Management

  • Act as a first touch point for the secondary customers after the customer is converted through BD efforts
  • Maintain primary level relationship with purchase managers, owners, traders
  • Help BD team in the execution of ATL/BTL activities like meets, Product launches etc.
  • Participate in the events, exhibition, and other User activities.

Pre-& Post-sales support

1. Pre-sales Support: Order status, Dispatch status, delivery status, payment status etc.

2. Post-sales support: Act as a first touch point between customer & BD team , Primary level complaint handling (w.r.t. packing, damage, expiry etc.)
