General Manager Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with its business goals and objectives.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management and other department heads to optimize financial performance.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvements in areas such as cost management, profitability, and capital allocation.
Ensure that financial reports comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Provide insights into financial data to help guide decision-making at all levels of the organization.
