Job Description
- As a Registered Nurse in Nursing Services, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team, providing compassionate and competent care to patients across various healthcare settings
- You will assess patient needs, plan and implement nursing interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical, psychological, and social aspects
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patients' needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and clinical protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established policies, protocols, and medication administration guidelines
- Monitor patients' vital signs, observe and document changes in their condition, and report any concerns to the healthcare team
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, wound care, and pain management
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication
- Document accurate and timely nursing assessments, interventions, and evaluations in patient records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean patient care environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, nursing research, and continuing education to enhance nursing practice
