Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:1.Managing and maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.2.Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.3.Managing and supporting financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.4.Managing and supporting the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other regulatory filings.5.Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.6.Managing and supporting financial software and systems, such as ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.Requirements:1.Experience in financial operations and management, preferably in a supervisory or management role.2.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with expertise in financial planning and analysis.3.Experience in managing financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.6.Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.
