Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive - Billing to join our finance team
- The Senior Executive - Billing will be responsible for managing and overseeing the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining effective communication with clients
- They will play a key role in optimizing revenue collection, resolving billing discrepancies, and improving billing systems and processes
- Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end billing process, including generating and distributing invoices, credit notes, and statements to clients
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information, including rates, quantities, discounts, and applicable taxes
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, operations, and customer service, to gather necessary billing data and resolve billing-related issues
- Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies or errors before issuing invoices
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, promptly addressing payment delays, and initiating collection activities when necessary
- Coordinate with clients to address billing inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide clarification on billing details and terms
- Maintain up-to-date and organized billing records, including proper documentation of billing adjustments, credit memos, and payment reconciliations
- Generate regular reports on billing activities, aging analysis, and revenue collection for management review
- Stay updated on billing regulations, industry standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize billing processes
