Job Description
- Oversee the microbiology department, managing laboratory operations and ensuring accurate diagnostic testing for infectious diseases.

- Collaborate with clinicians to provide guidance on appropriate treatment strategies based on microbiological findings.
- Conduct research on emerging infectious diseases, antibiotic resistance, and infection control techniques to improve patient outcomes.
- Lead training programs for healthcare staff on infection prevention and control measures.
- Monitor and analyze infection data to identify trends and take corrective actions when necessary.
