Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced finance expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, specifically from healthcare sector. This role requires someone who can effectively oversee various aspects of financial management, including revenue validation, expense navigation, and P&L analysis. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Validation:

- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to validate revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards.

- Track and analyse referral revenue sources, including partner agreements and affiliate programs.

- Design and execute MVT experiments to test different variables affecting revenue generation, such as pricing strategies, product features, or marketing campaigns.

- Experience in coordinating payouts for referral programs and MVT, including both internal and external referrals, facilitators and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate compensation.

• MIS:

- Controllership - monthly provisions and spend plans, accruals, and payables to be done.

- Develops and maintains detailed Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for each revenue vertical, analyses revenue trends, identifies key drivers.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each vertical and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

- Forecast future revenue based on market trends, customer behaviour, and industry dynamics.

• Expense Navigation Assistance:

- ROI / CBA analysis

- Monitor the expense approval workflow and escalate any bottlenecks or issues to management for resolution.

- Generate regular expense reports and dashboards to provide visibility into spending patterns and trends.

• Marketing Purchase order (PO) Management:

- Monitor the status of POs from creation to payment, ensuring timely processing and invoice reconciliation.

- Coordinate with accounts payable team to ensure timely processing of marketing-related payments.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional finance certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.

2. Proven experience in financial management, preferably within healthcare sector.

3. Experience in revenue recognition, expense management, and financial reporting in a corporate environment.

4. Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.

5. Ensure transparency, accuracy, and fairness in financial reporting and decision-making processes.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
