Assistant Manager - Business Analytics and Intelligence

Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Masters degree or professional certification in analytics (preferred).

** Candidate with experience in the Insurance industry (Added Advantage)

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights Development:

Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Prepare and present actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

• Business Intelligence Reporting:

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).

• Strategic Support & Performance Monitoring:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, implement analytics solutions, and develop metrics to measure success.

Generate regular reports and ad hoc analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement.
