Job Description
- Perform blood collection, processing, and testing in the blood bank.
- Ensure the safe and accurate labeling, storage, and distribution of blood products.
- Conduct compatibility testing and prepare blood components for transfusion.
- Maintain accurate records of blood donations and transfusions.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure the quality of blood products.
- Participate in continuous training and education to stay current with blood bank procedures and regulations.
