Senior Advocates / Advocates - Emerging Multi location Law Firm

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru, Hosur, Anekal at Assured Justice LLP. We are currently hiring for the positions of Sr Advocate, Advocates, and Trainees. As an Sr Advocate, Advocate at Assured Justice LLP, you will be responsible for handling legal matters, providing legal advice, conducting research, and representing clients in court. You will also draft legal documents, participate in negotiations, and collaborate with the legal team.

Qualifications

• A law degree from a recognized university
• Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good Drafting skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset
• Experience in handling legal cases and providing legal advice is preferred
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of India

About the Law Firm

Please note we are looking only for legal professionals who have a good knowledge of the court documentation & court practices. We are looking for professionals who have the ambitionand verve to handle litigation & cases independently.

Currently we have litigation / cases in the High Courts of Karnataka, Madras, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Delhi, Hariyana, Maharastra and Kerala along with District / Sub Courts in Bangalore, Cochin, Hosur, Kollam, Anekal, Denkanikottai, Dharmapuri, Salem, Krishnagiri, Cochin, and Trivandrum

Our compensation budgets are from Rs 2.5 lakhs to Rs 20 lakhs depending on experience and expertise
