Job Title: US Recruiter (Associate Recruiter)

Location: Noida or Ahmedabad (Hybrid after 2 months)
Compensation: ₹3 LPA (Fixed)
Shift Timings:

• Winter: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
• Summer (DST): 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
  Work Schedule: 5 days a week, weekends off

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven US Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for US-based positions in IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Pharma, and Healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify and evaluate candidates for US-based roles across multiple sectors.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and build lasting relationships with candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring candidates are well-prepared.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with US-based hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide updates on candidate progress.
• Recruitment Records Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate profiles in the recruitment system.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree.
• Experience: Recruitment experience, especially in US hiring, is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency in MS Office/ATS.
