Associate Service Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Service Consultant to join our customer service team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from insurance agents, manage verification processes, and assist with escalated calls related to health and life insurance.

Freshers are welcome to apply; however, a graduate degree is mandatory. !!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Call Handling: Respond to inbound calls from agents, providing professional and effective customer service.
• Verification: Perform verification of policies, claims, and agent details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Health and Life Insurance Support: Handle inquiries and concerns from health and life insurance agents, offering solutions and guidance in a timely manner.
• Industry Knowledge: Apply your knowledge of the insurance industry to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear explanations regarding policy details, benefits, claims, and procedures.
• Escalation Management: Address backend escalations and resolve more complex issues, coordinating with other departments as needed to provide solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, policies, and company updates to ensure knowledge is current and relevant.
