Spinny - Associate Product Manager (1-3 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join our Demand/CRM team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about solving customer problems, leveraging technology, and driving business growth. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing user engagement, retention, and demand generation through innovative product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

- Define, prioritize, and execute product features for demand generation and CRM platforms.

- Own the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and post-launch optimizations.

Customer-Centric Approach:

- Engage with users to gather insights, identify pain points, and translate them into actionable solutions.

- Continuously improve the user experience by incorporating customer feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, DTU, VIT, BITs, or equivalent).

- 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in CRM, demand generation, or a technology-driven domain.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
