Job Description

About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager - CSR Programs to lead and manage multiple projects across various thematic areas such as healthcare, education, environment and sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess strong facilitation skills, expertise in report and proposal writing, and experience in team management, project implementation, and government liaison work.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

Lead and manage multiple CSR projects across diverse thematic areas such as healthcare, education, environment and sustainability, and water body rejuvenation.
Ensure the successful implementation of projects, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and deliverables.

Government Liaison and Partnerships :

Act as the primary point of contact with government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate government liaison work, ensuring all necessary approvals and partnerships are secured.
Draft and negotiate MOUs, agreements, and partnerships to support project goals.

Team Management :

Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication among team members.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Address team queries and resolve issues to maintain a productive work environment.

Report and Proposal Writing :

Prepare detailed reports on project progress, outcomes, and impact for internal and external stakeholders.
Develop compelling proposals for new CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all projects.

Facilitation and Training:

Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for project teams and partners.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to promote project objectives and outcomes.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful project implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and other stakeholders.
Represent CSRBOX in meetings, conferences, and other events to promote the organizations work and mission.

Extensive Travel:

Be open and willing to travel extensively to project sites, partner locations, and government offices as required.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Master s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Education, Health or related field.
2-3 years of experience in CSR project management, preferably with exposure to multiple thematic areas.
Fluent in English and Marathi.
Strong facilitation, report writing, and proposal writing skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in government liaison work and partnership development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
