Job Description

Knowcraft is looking for a highly motivated candidatewith relevant experience in the field of US Valuations. As an AssociateManager, we are seeking a candidate with the following skill set.

SERVICE TYPE/EXPERIENCE
Working knowledge of the belowwill have a preference:
Portfolio Valuations/ FairValue Measurements (ASC 820)
Equity Incentive Awards (ASC718 and IRC 409A)
Business Combinations (ASC805)
Goodwill Impairment (ASC350/360)
Embedded Derivatives (ASC 815)
Gift Estate TaxValuations
Experience of leading a teamand independently managing projects will be preferred.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning, organizing,conducting, and managing various valuation engagements.
Managing a team while beingaccountable for the weekly progression and reporting of the engagement to thesenior members of the team.
Responsible and accountablefor quality control and accuracy of deliverables.
Communicates effectively withclients and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
Oversees multiple valuationsand consulting engagements simultaneously.
Writes complex valuationreports and summarizes analyses and conclusions.
Works collaboratively with theteam and is a positive contributor to the firms culture.
Participates in firmwideinitiatives and contributes to the firm s growth.
Leads, trains, and mentors senior analysts, analysts, and other associates within the team.
Planning for internal andexternal training for the teams personal and professional development; and
Provide inputs on matters suchas hiring new staff, production flow, and other important operational needs.

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

MBA (Premier B-School).
Add-on: M.S. (Finance), C.A.and/or CFA (CFA Institute, US); and
Certifications including CVA,ASA, and/or ABV preferred.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Minimum 5-6 years of relevantexperience in the field of US Valuations.
Experience working in BigFour s valuation team, or a leading valuation firm will have a preference.
Proven experience in managingindividuals and carrying out an independent review of tasks performed by theteam.
Ability to effectivelycommunicate with the team, seniors, and clients.
